Reports

The reporting screen allows you to create multiple reports at once for a given date range. Select or type in your desired date range for reporting, and check the reports you want to create. Click "Create Reports" to continue.

Click "Rerun Reports" to go back to the reports screen. You can export these reports by selecting either the CSV/PDF button in the report. If there is no data available for your selected dates, your report will still run but will have no data available.

Multi-Location Information

If you have multiple locations within one system and you choose to run a report that does not consolidate across all of your locations, you will be able to run the report over all of your location OR select a single location.  

Note that you will only see the option to select a location if you have selected at least one report that does not consolidate data across all of your locations by default.

Large Data Set Protection

If the report you are attempting to run has so much data that it takes too long to compute you will be instructed to try running the report over a smaller date range, or if you have multiple locations, try running the report separately for each location.
