Recently, some users have reported formatting issues when viewing or printing forms from Halcyon. This is caused by an Adobe issue with the browser's built-in PDF Viewer. Until these issues have been resolved by your browser provider, the best option is to set your browser to download the PDF by default. The following steps will walk you through modifying your browser's settings to download your PDF forms.
For Google Chrome:
- Visit: chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments
- Select "Download PDFs" under the "Default Behavior" heading.
For Mozilla Firefox:
- Visit: about:preferences#general
- Scroll down to "Applications"
- Next to "Portable Document Format (PDF)" select "Save File
For Microsoft Edge:
- Visit: edge://settings/content/pdfDocuments
- Select the toggle next to "Always download PDF files"
