Cases Screen
This screen will show you all of the cases that have been modified in your system within the last two months by default. You can adjust this time range using the months selector above the grid. You can sort by any column by clicking its header, or use the column menu for advanced filtering options including text search, date ranges, and multi-select values. Clicking on a case will take you to that case's Overview screen.
Use the column sidebar on the right side of the grid to show, hide, or reorder columns to fit your workflow. You can also drag column borders to resize them.
Use the search box to search across all visible columns. If you want to search for cases modified more than two months ago, including inactive or preneed cases, you can click the "Expanded Search" button and expand your search parameters.
Use the Export dropdown to download your current view as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
Click "Add" to add a new case. Administrator level users have the option to manage which fields appear on the Case Add screens via Admin > Screen Customization > Add Case Screens.
Saved Views
The Views dropdown above the case list lets you save and manage personalized views. Each view remembers your column layout, column order, filters, sorting, and page size.
- Saved Views — Your saved views are listed at the top of the dropdown. Click any view name to switch to it. The currently active view is highlighted. A "Default" view is created automatically the first time you save.
- Save Current View — Saves your current grid settings (columns, filters, sorting, page size) to the active view. Use this after making changes to update your existing view.
- Save as New View — Creates a new saved view from your current grid settings. You'll be prompted to enter a name for the view. You can save multiple views for different workflows.
- Reset to System Default — Clears all customizations on the grid and returns it to the original system layout. This does not delete your saved views — you can switch back to a saved view at any time.
To set a saved view as your default (the one that loads automatically when you log in), click the star icon next to the view name. To delete a saved view, click the trash icon next to it.
