Add Ons
Add Ons are additional items or services that are purchased in addition to the original contract. Add Ons are only available for At Need clients.
New Add Ons
Select "Enter a New Add On" to create an Add On.
You may select an existing contact as buyer or add a new buyer from this screen. Clicking "Add New Buyer" will take you to the following screen to enter the new buyer information.
The Add On Purchase screen will appear the same as your case Purchases. The running summary of your Add On Purchase will display on the left side of the screen.
To edit the Add On buyer, click the edit icon. You may add a Balance Due date by typing in the date or clicking the text box to open up a calendar to select a date.
Halcyon does not delete a Case or Case Add Ons. Instead, we inactivate them which removes them from searches and reporting across your system and allows you the option to re-activate them at any time. You may inactivate an Add On for a case by going to Admin/Inactivate Add On.
Click the plus sign button to add an item and manually type the information in.
You may click the green shopping cart button to add an item at the default list price. These prices are maintained via your List Maintenance page.
You are able to type in a price if you want your price to differ from the list price you have in your settings.
