Answering Service for Directors Integration

If you are an Answering Service for Directors user, you can connect your Platinum system to ASD using by logging in using your credentials. Click "Connect to ASD" to enter your ASD credentials and get connection information. Once ASD has been connected to Halcyon, any cases with events or gatherings at that time or in the future will automatically be sent to ASD and updated when changes are made. You will receive a notification that the information has been sent to ASD whenever you save.
