Remove Case from Tracking

Administrator level users have the ability to remove a case from tracking during any point in the cremation process. Click the arrow icon to remove a case from tracking. 

You will be prompted to select a reason for removing the body from tracking. You can create and maintain a  dropdown list of common reasons via the Admin > Tracking Maintenance > Tracking Override Reasons.
