Services
The Services tab allows you to maintain events associated with a case. The Biography, Services, and Contacts tabs have many fields available for your use. You probably won't need all of these fields, so you can hide the ones you don't need by setting up your default data fields.

Arrangement
To add an arrangement you must first pick a service type. These service types drive certain financials, so it is important to select the correct service type before continuing. For information about maintaining the service types available in this dropdown, see the List Maintenance help article.
Personal Effects
To add a personal effect to the case, select the "Add Item" button. From there, you will be able to enter all information about the item, as well as reception, and disposition details. Once a personal effect has been added, you can select the pencil icon to edit, or the garbage can icon to delete.
Gatherings
Click the “Calendar” button to view a calendar of the gatherings for the case. The “List” button will show the gatherings in list mode. To view detailed information about a gathering, click its name. You can display the location of the gathering by clicking "Show map". Notice that this gathering is marked as "Primary Event"- we'll cover this below.
You can edit information about this gathering by clicking the Edit button. Click "Delete" to delete it, or "Back" to go back to the main view. Click "Add A Gathering" to add a gathering for the case.
The primary event is typically the first gathering/event- it may or may not be a funeral service. Set your primary event as the main gathering that you want to pull your service date from, so any forms that require date of service or date of funeral will populate with this information.
To set a gathering as the primary event for the case, simply toggle the "Yes/No" switch at the top of this screen, which you can access for existing cases using the Edit function.
To select participants for a gathering, first select their role. These participant roles are configurable by you in your Setup menu. After selecting a role, you may then select the person who will be fulfilling that role in the event. These people can be either a vendor that you have previously set up or they can be a family member or friend from the case's contacts.
Visit your Setup menu to maintain Gathering Types, Gathering Staff Roles, Gathering Participant Roles, and Vendor & Gathering Participants. See the help manual sections for these options for more information.
Disposition
Enter disposition information in this section.
Interment
You may select the cemetery for interment from your cemetery list, which will show in the dropdown. You have the option to Edit the selected cemetery's address, but note that doing so will change all past and future entries for this cemetery.
You may also add a new cemetery from this screen rather than going to the List Maintenance section of your Admin panel to do so. You will have this option if there is no cemetery currently selected in the dropdown. You can use the small "x" on the right side of the dropdown to clear the field if necessary.
Cremation
You may select a crematory from your cemetery list, which will show in the dropdown. You have the option to Edit the selected crematory's address, but note that doing so will change all past and future entries for this cemetery.
You may also add a new crematory from this screen rather than going to the List Maintenance section of your Admin panel to do so. You will have this option if there is no crematory currently selected in the dropdown. You can use the small "x" on the right side of the dropdown to clear the field if necessary.
