Update Price Group Line Item(s)

This screen allows you to easily update a Price Group line item's price for one or more Price Groups.

Select the type of Price Group you would like to update a line item for from the link options on the Admin menu.

You will see the option to select a line item from the drop down list.  This list contains all possible line items for your chosen Price Group type.

After you select the line item you would like to update you will see a list of all price groups that contain that line item and the current price.

You may limit the Price Groups by choosing one from the "Limit by Price Group Name" dropdown.

There are couple ways to update pricing.  You can type your new value(s) into the amount fields.  Alternatively, if you want to set the same price for all of the visible price groups you can enter your value in the "New Default Price" box and click the "Set Price for All Price Groups" button.  This will only fill in the amounts for all the currently visible Price Groups, the data is not saved at this point.

Clicking the "Reset All Back to Current Price" will update all visible values to the price that is currently saved in the database.

If you have a large number of packages you can use the "Find & Highlight" button. Enter the text you would like to search for in the input box and click the button.  The text matching what you entered will be highlighted in yellow on the screen.

You can also find text on the screen by using your computer's find option.  Control-F on PCs and Cmd-F on Macs.

Once you have your values defined as desired just click either of the "Update Line Item Pricing" and your prices will be updated.
