When creating manual invoices for your trade customers you can use items that are setup or type in new items that will be setup. The screen at Admin / Financial Maintenance / Trade Invoice Manual Line Item Configuration is where you can set up those manual invoice line items or re-order them or remove them. Any Manual Line Items removed from setup will not be available for new manual invoices but historical invoices that used that line item will not be affected.
