The Client Survey utility will allow you to create survey letters for case contacts.

Select a date range to select case contacts from. If you want to change your date range, simply replace the dates and click the "Re-Load with Updated Case Date Range" button.
You will see a list of contacts that are marked as Buyers, Additional Buyers, Add On Buyers, Informants, or Primary NOKs for cases within your selected range to choose from. Check to appropriate checkboxes to select case contacts to create surveys for, and click the "Create Surveys" button to create client surveys. You also have the option to create a mail merge file for the selected contacts by clicking the "Create Mail Merge File" button.
Your Client Survey letters will load in a new tab.
