Create Thank You Note

This utility will allow you to create a 3.5 x 5 inch Thank You Note for decedents with an At Need case date within the past six months. Select from the list of available cases to populate the decedent's name into the letter text. Click "Create Note" to create the thank you note. It will load in a new tab.
