Partner Portal Routes

If your location is setup to service Trade Cremations or Trade Services, administrator level maintain routes using the the Admin > Associated Facilities Maintenance > Partner Portal > Partner Portal Routes. 

Route Creation and Maintenance

The Route Maintenance option will allow you to create pickup routes, assign facilities on the route and staff/drivers assigned to the route.

Create a New Route

To add a new Route go to Admin > Associated Facilities Maintenance > Partner Portal > Partner Portal Routes, click the Add A Route button on the top right.  You may also edit or remove and existing route by clicking the appropriate icon on the Route's table row. (See Editing a Route below.)

You will be able to assign an employee to the route.  The "Assigned To" dropdown list is populated from the staff that have been given login access.  (Visit Admin > Staff Maintenance and Security > Staff Logins.)

The "Select to Add to Route" dropdown lists all your associated facilities designated as a Trade Partner  via Admin > Associated Facilities Maintenance > Maintain Associated Facilities. A Trade Partner can appear in multiple routes and stops.

When you choose one of your partners using the "Select to Add to Route" dropdown it will appear in the "Route" column.  You can set your route order by clicking on the Trade Partner name in the Route column and dragging and dropping.

You may add Route-related notes as well.

Edit a Route

You can edit a route name, assignee, and stops. To add a stop, use the "Select to add to Route. To delete a stop, click on the read trash can. Drag and Drop the Trade Partner name to re-order your stops,

 

Open Partner Requests Route Report

You may print the Open Partner Requests Route Report via the option on the Utilities menu.

Simply select your reporting option (All, By Selected Route, or By Selected Partner) then click the Generate Open Request Report. Note: Edits to the routes are made via Admin > Associated Facilities Maintenance > Partner Portal > Partner Portal Routes. 

The report generated will show all open requests for you selected reporting criteria.

By selecting "Would you like to include home and other location pickups & deliveries"  this will include all home pickups/deliveries, as well as all deliveries to locations other than your existing partners.
