System Requirements

You will need a device with internet access.

You will need free Adobe® Reader. Since Halcyon creates PDF documents for the forms and reports, you will need the latest version of Adobe® Reader installed on your computer. If Adobe® Reader is not already installed you can download it free of charge from Adobe here. You may also use any other program capable of reading PDFs.

(If you are using Firefox as your browser, note that Firefox uses their own plugin (rather than the Adobe plugin) to display forms by default, and their plugin sometimes has problems with newer forms. You can set your browser to automatically use the Adobe plugin, which should not have any issues with forms, by following the instructions here.

Halcyon Platinum utilizes pop-up windows, so it is recommended that you disable pop-up blockers when using the system.
