Standard formats of Statement of Goods and Services

Halcyon provides many options for a Statement of Goods and Services (aka "contract"). These are just special examples of forms and they can all be seen by going to Setup/Maintain Forms and Visibility (see this article for more information to setup forms). Halcyon users can, with proper access, upload their own forms to be used from Halcyon.  However, contracts are special cases and require Halcyon development - you cannot create your own Statement of Goods and Services.

For each standard format a customer can decide, for each major section (Services, Merchandise, Cash Advances), if they want all line items to show or just line items with value. For example, a customer may wish to show all service lines possible (even those with $0 value) but only show merchandise lines that have value and only cash advances that have value.

Every standard contact has a default statement of terms. However, if you setup terms (see this article) those terms will be used instead.

Custom formats of Statement of Goods and Services

While Halcyon provides many standard formats it is not unusual for companies to request their own custom contract. Because we have such a large set to start from it isn't very difficult for us to create a custom contract. Just about anything is possible with a custom contract.
