Quick Form is a feature that allows you to quickly access one or multiple forms for a case, quickly from any screen. This makes it easy to access frequently used forms from any page without having to navigate to the Forms or Case screens.
By selecting the "File" icon at the top right of your screen labeled "Quick Form" at the top of each screen, you can enter or scan in the following:
-Case Number
-Tracking QR Code
-Partner Portal Request Number
-Cremation Disk ID
Setting up Quick Forms
To setup forms to be used with Quick Forms, go to Setup-> Maintain Forms and Visibility
You will see a column labeled "Quick Form", by selecting the checkbox for a form it will be added to the Quick Form list.
If you only select one form, when entering it in the Quick Form pop-up, it will automatically open that form. If you select multiple forms, the pop up will show multiple buttons with each selected form, for you to select for quick access.
Some forms that require location selection or are static in nature and unrelated to case information, will not populate from Quick Form, and you'll see a message saying "The following forms still require manual launch from the Forms screen:" and will list the affected forms.
