Direct Pet Configuration

The Direct Pet Configuration page is where you will modify your available service options for Direct Pet.

Type Maintenance  

Type maintenance is where you can enable, update display order, or modify the visible description for the different service types you would like to make available to your Direct Pet consumers.  To change display order, simply drag and drop the tile and select the "Update Display Order" button in the top right to save.

Direct Pet URLs

Direct Pet URLs will show a list of the unique URLs for each of your locations.  You can use this to send to partners or to link on your company's website. Additionally, there is a form called "Direct Pet Flyer" that you can provide to your customers/clinics, which has a QR code for users to scan to access each location.

Notification Settings

This section allows you to set the email addresses and SMS numbers you would like to receive a notification upon a successful case submission.  If you'd like to send notifications to more than one phone number or email, separate them by commas.  Acknowledgement Text is the message that will send to your customer upon case submission as well.  

Payment Configuration

Payment configuration allows you to enable the ability to accept payments or to pay later.   If "Enable Payments" is enabled, customers can provide payment at the time of case entry.   If "Enable Payments" is disabled, cases will automatically be set to be paid later and you will be responsible to collect payment from the customer.

Contact Info Configuration

Contact Info Configuration allows you to require your users to create an account BEFORE beginning their request.  This is useful so that you can contact potential customers who have started a request but haven't completed it.  If it is disabled, they will be able to price shop before entering contact information.

Weight Configuration

Weight configuration allows you to set the unit of measurement to pounds of kilograms.

Reception/Release Options

Reception/Release options allow you to enable or disable the reception/release options you wish to make available.  You can modify the display order and visible description here as well.  

Clinic Options

The clinic options section allows you to enable/disable different partners from being included in the vet clinic associated reception/release options.
