The Direct Pet Dashboard Widget is where you will see submitted Direct Pet requests as well as requests pending submission.
The Submitted Requests section is where you will accept and enter submitted cases. This will allow you see the details of the request before accepting as well.
You can cancel requests, but doing so will refund the customer if a payment has been submitted and send them a refund receipt/notification email. This would only be used in specific situations such as if a customer calls and wishes to cancel their request. Once you confirm cancellation, it can not be undone.
The Requests Pending Submission section is where you can see partially entered requests that have not been submitted yet. This is useful for reaching out to potential customers who have not submitted a request to see if they need any further assistance. You can dismiss requests to remove them from this table using the "Dismiss Request" button on the right hand side. You can dismiss all pending requests using the "Dismiss All Pending Submissions" button at the top of the table. If you dismiss a request and the customer logs in to continue, the request will reappear on this table.
