Direct Pet Appearance Settings

This page allows you to customize the appearance of your Direct Pet portal.

Welcome Page Configuration

This section allows you to customize if you'd like a company logo, company name, or both to appear.  If you do not have a logo available, please contact support and we can add it to your system.  You can also set a message to show on the welcome page for your customers to see. 

Message Configuration

This section allows you to set custom messages that show on the Package Selection, Package Details, and  Submitted Request pages in Direct Pet.

Tracking Configuration

This section allows you to customize the names of the tracking steps that are visible to your users as their case is moved through the tracking process.  Additionally, using the checkboxes, you can enable or disable which steps will send a notification the pet owner.

Display Settings

This section allows you to select the font family and highlight color to be used in your Direct Pet system.
