Getting Started:
Customers will access your Direct Pet system using a unique URL for the location they wish to use. These URL's can be found under Admin->Direct Pet Configuration->Direct Pet URLs. Each location will have its own URL. These URLs can be added as a link on your website or sent to customers. Additionally, you can use the form "Direct Pet Flyer" in the forms menu. This form shows a QR code that you can print and provide to your clinics to hand out to customers.
Using Direct Pet:
Your customers will be able to add their request info and make all of their selections as they work through the Direct Pet system. Direct Pet is designed to use Price Groups based on weight to customize the selections available. All configuration for Direct Pet is done in Admin->Direct Pet Configuration. Once your customer is finished with their request, they will save a username and password to access their request in the future. You can configure the system to allow payment before completion, but if you'd like to handle payment at a different time, you can do so as well. Once the request is completed, the customer will receive an email with a "Pet Care Request" form as well as a payment receipt if payment was made.
Handling Direct Pet Cases:
When a Direct Pet case is submitted, you will receive a notification if you have configured this in Admin->Direct Pet Configuration. The cases will appear in the Dashboard widget called "Direct Pet Requests." This widget will show all submitted cases, as well as any "Requests Pending Submission." These pending requests are a good way to keep track of users who may be price checking or researching your services.
From the Direct Pet Requests widget, you can accept the case and treat it as you would any other walk-in case. You will see Direct Pet cases designated with the red "Direct Pet" text on the case listings and the case itself.
