If you are a current funeralOne customer and would like to integrate your Halcyon Platinum system please contact [e-mail].

Once you have been set up for funeralOne integration you will see a "FuneralOne Integration" section on your At Need case summary screens.

Check the corresponding boxes to specify the type of gatherings to be sent to funeralOne and displayed on the decedent's Tribute page.  You may also specify a Tribute Video URL and Family Admin Email Address(es).

There will be check-boxes for each of the Gathering types you have setup in your system via Setup > Gatherings > Gathering Types. Your list may differ from the above screen shot. 

A Gathering that has been denoted as a Private Gathering will not appear on the funeralOne Tribute page regardless of the status of your Gathering type checkboxes.

You will also see a heading for Current Family Contact.  The contact that you have have designated as the Primary Next of Kin will be used for human cases and the contact the contains the relationship of Owner will be used for pet cases.  The family contact information is used in the funeralOne Sympathy Store if "Family Address" is selected as the Delivery Location Type.

If you check the automatic update checkbox, the client's funeralOne Tribute Page will be updated whenever their Biography, Service or Obituary information is updated. You may also update the Tribute page at any time by clicking the "Update Tribute Page Now" button on the Overview screen.  If the automatic updates are NOT enabled any changes you make in Halcyon will NOT be sent to funeralOne unless you click the "Update Tribute Page Now" button.

If you are currently viewing the decedent's Tribute page when you make an update via Halcyon you will need to refresh the Tribute page in order to see the latest information.  Note that it may take a few seconds before the information appears on the Tribute page.

Please Note: If you do not send any Gatherings (by checking off the checkboxes next to a gathering type) funeralOne will look at the text of the Obituary text you send and pull out gathering information for type, location and date/time and display it on the Tribute page. This may or may not be desirable. 

Halcyon has no control over funeralOne's automatic display of gatherings pulled from your obit text if no other gatherings were sent to funeralOne.  However, there is a work-around: If you do not want to have gatherings appear on the Tribute page but you do have gatherings in your obituary text you must send at least one Private gathering to funeralOne.  The private gathering will NOT appear on the site but because at least one gathering was sent to funeralOne it will prevent funeralOne from pulling events from your obituary text and publicly displaying the information.
