Integration with the Digital Showroom

Product selection and ordering can be integrated with Batesville's Digital Showroom. If you are interested in using this integration, please contact Batesville to get your showroom set up, and then email Halcyon at [e-mail] so we can turn your integration on.

Adding Batesville products

Batesville products can be added in the Products page. Once your integration is turned on, simply navigate to the Products page, click the Add Products button to load the product library pop-up, and then select Batesville products from your Digital Showroom inventory. Products from Batesville will have a blue B logo next to their name.

Opening the Digital Showroom pop-up

You can open the Digital Showroom from the Client Purchases page, by clicking on the Batesville logo in the Merchandise section.

This will open the Digital Showroom in a pop-up where you can make your selections. Once that has been completed, simply close the pop-up and your selections will be added to the contract in Halcyon. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Updating pricing

When you make changes to pricing in the Digital Showroom you can easily import all of those changes into Halcyon. Just navigate to the Admin menu, then follow the Sync Digital Showroom Pricing link in the Integration Maintenance section.
